Air Italy (Meridiana)

Air Italy was acquired and completely absorbed into the Meridiana Fly Airlines in October 2011. All Air Italy aircrafts now fly on behalf of Meridiana Fly Airlines. Meridiana Air is a private capital Italian airline that was set up in 1963, and had its name changed to Meridiana in 1964. Through a few acquisitions, Meridiana Air became the second largest carrier in Italy. The airline now offers a wide range of flights, taking passengers domestically and internationally.
