Hawaiian Airlines Flights

More than 100 years ago, thousands of people gathered to witness Hawaiian Airlines’ first scheduled flight take off when they were incorporated in 1929. When commercial air services began popularising, the airline saw a dramatic increase in air traffic. As their fleet grew, the flights Hawaiian Air offered between the neighbouring islands took lesser and lesser time. Today, Hawaiian Airlines serves millions of passengers a year, to over 20 domestic and international destinations. Through their years of steady growth and change, some things remained the same – their commitment to service, safety, and the spirit of aloha.

Why fly with Hawaiian Airlines

Passengers may opt to check-in online via their website from 24 hours to 60 minutes before the flight’s scheduled time of departure. Passengers with special requirements, in groups, on one-ways, or to certain destinations may not be able to use this service. Be sure to check in advance if you are eligible for the service. Passengers opting to check-in at the airport may check in no earlier than 4 hours before the flight’s scheduled departure time. Passengers flying to neighbouring islands, North America, or on International Flights, must be checked-in no later than 30, 45, and 60 minutes respectively. Passengers must be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure even if you have already checked-in. Queues can be crazy at peak times. The airline recommends passengers check-in 1.5, 2.5, and 3 hours before flight for neighbouring islands, North America, and International Flights respectively just to be safe.
