Where to hire a car in Cebu
What to expect when hiring a car from Cebu
Cebu City is the capital city of the Province of Cebu and is considered as the second capital of the Philippines due to its role as the second most populous metropolitan area (Metro Cebu) in the Philippines after Metro Manila. It is a significant centre of commerce, trade, and education in the region. Driving in Cebu is relatively fine due to good to great road conditions within the city. Outside the city centre however, there is no telling – as road conditions here may be good, bad, or even really poor. Traffic congestion and traffic levels are manageable at best, although can be a headache at the busier streets and main roads that lead to big establishments such as airports, shopping mall/s, tourist destinations, and around university areas. Road-side parking is not allowed especially in the bigger roads; pay parking is the better way to go.
