Norrköpings Konstmuseum - Norrköping's Art Museum has an extensive art collection, with focus on Swedish modernism and contemporary art. It was founded in 1913 as the first public museum and library in the city, starting off with a collection donated by Swedish industrialist Pehr Swartz at the beginning of the 20th century. The objects on display today include 15 sculptures, artworks from the 18th century, and 21st-century installations and photography. The museum also offers seminars, lectures, educational programs, and various creative activities.
Kolmården Wildlife Park - Opened to the public in 1965, the Kolmården Wildlife Park grew to be one of the largest zoos in all of Scandinavia. It encompasses 1.5km2 and includes the first dolphinarium in Scandinavia. Its attractions include the world's first cable car safari, a birds of prey display, a seal show, a roller coaster called "The Dolphin Express," a polar bear facility, and other family-friendly displays and activities.
Cactus Garden - Unbelievable as it may seem, Norrköping actually features a Cactus Garden, located in the Carl Johan Park on Karl Johans Square. The Garden contains over 25,000 cacti. The park itself, located by the Norrköping Central Station, began in 1887. It also features a fountain from 1877 called the "Dolphin Fountain."
Flygvapenmuseum - The Swedish Air Force Museum is situated at the Malmen Airbase, just outside of Östergötland County's capital, Linköping. The museum displays engines, aircraft, instruments, uniforms, and other related artefacts. It also features a knowledge centre with library and archives that have resources relating to aviation. Aside from the museum, Malmen Airbase contains the Royal Swedish Airschool operating SAAB 105 (SK60) jet trainers.
