An illegal public transport called the jitney also makes its way to the island. This is inadvisable to ride on, due to its lack of standardised fare. Tourists will need to be wary of these, as they might incur high charges for their trip. Ferry rides, on the other hand, are also another popular way to explore. Bicycles and scooters also make handy transportation for those exploring the islands on foot.
