The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of ZAR 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note Ocean View House has water features which might pose a hazard to unattended children. An airport shuttle can be arranged at the front desk between 07:00 and 19:00. Extra charges apply depending on the time of departure/arrival. Ocean View House is located on a slope and has a number of staircases which may be uncomfortable for frail or injured guests. Please contact the property beforehand to allocate a comfortably located room for your stay. Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. We reserve the right not to refund transaction costs on card payments in the case of cancellations Please note that there is noise from ongoing Construction work on a neighboring property since November 2025 and this might impact the stay of the guests who book "Traveller King or Twin Room with Mountain View." No constructions on Saturdays and Sundays, and Builders holidays from 16.December 2025 - Mid January 2026.
