STELLA POOL is closed from Tue 01 Sept 2026 until Sat 31 Oct 2026 A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that extra beds come in the form of sofa beds. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the prepayment will be credited back to the original card. A damage deposit of THB 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Temporary Closure of Swimming Pool - Stella Pool during 1 September - 31 October 2026. The Crescent Pool (rooftop) will remain fully operational and all other hotel services and facilities will continue to operate as usual.
