This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES will forward their standard terms and conditions and important property information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation. Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking (Please note: we do not accept hen & stag bookings of any size). For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00.
