Auckland International Airport (AKL) is New Zealand's biggest and busiest airport, serving more than 19 million passengers a year.
The airport has 2 separate terminals for domestic and international flights. These are 500m apart and connected by a free shuttle bus.
Inside the International Terminal, you'll find check-in on the ground floor and the majority of restaurants and shops upstairs. These are available on both sides of the security screening, although duty-free items can only be purchased after you've had your bags checked.
Bali Denpasar Airport arrivals
Bali Denpasar Airport (DPS) is 13km south of Bali's biggest city, Denpasar. It has separate terminals for international and domestic flights, connected by a central shopping area.
After you pass through immigration, you'll find the baggage carousels. Porters may offer to help you with your luggage and will expect a tip for their services. ATMs and currency exchange services can be found in the arrivals hall, should you need them.
