This is a hidden gem. Looks a bit alternate when you arrive. But it was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the views of the Gold Coast were exceptional. Included breakfast was delicious on all three mornings. On our second night we ordered a room service pizza which was very yummy, with two pieces reheated the next night for dinner. The drinks prices looked reasonable, comparative to bottle shop prices - no attempts to take advantage there. The deck where breakfast was served also had books and games. We were there as a couple, but it would be perfect for friends or family travelling together to book out the whole place, as the deck would be a great place to gather.

Sky Island Paradise

This is my second visit to this marvellous place. Jess and Albert are great hosts. Everything is superb, from the views to the Gold Coast, the well appointed, spacious and clean rooms, the quiet location, the excellent breakfast and exceptional service. Sky Island is a paradise and is great value for money. This is my go to place whenever I am in Tamborine.

The individual unit we stayed in was well-designed, private, and offered a great setup for a comfortable stay. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided a superb breakfast including coffee and a list of smoothies and accommodated our varying dietary needs. Great view of the Goldcoast. We would stay here again!

Very quiet relaxing stay. Had all we needed in the room so very comfortable. Nice view looking over to Gold Coast
