Back again

Once again I find myself at this hotel. It’s off peak and the prices are very reasonable.
The foyer is minimalistic but the staff are super friendly.
My room is immaculate and spacious. Big bed with lovely comfy pillows and nice soft towels. The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. Outdoor chairs could do with an update.
I am still amazed that they charge for underground parking. The opposition down the road don’t.
Although it’s not owned by the hotel I am sad to see that the Primal Steakhouse has closed. It was a very convenient place to meet clients without even leaving the building. Hopefully someone else takes it over.
The nightlife below is still entertaining especially if you’re facing the bus station. It’s quite fun to hear impromptu parties crank up down below as the locals get together at odd hours. Totally harmless in most cases.
I actually really like this place and I believe it has a nice pool which I’ve never seen.
If you’re in Palmerston for business this is perfect

Dear Jeff,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback, and for choosing to stay with us once again!
Your feedback regarding the outdoor chairs is well noted. Because we experience rain for about six months of the year here, the outdoor furniture unfortunately weathers and gets damaged very quickly. We do appreciate you bringing it to our attention, as we are always looking for ways to improve our facilities.
Regarding the underground car parking, we have a limited number of spaces available at the hotel. In order to best manage the area and accommodate our guests fairly, we apply a nominal fee of $10 per night. We understand this differs from some others in the area, but it helps us ensure parking availability for those who need it.
When you return for your next business trip to Palmerston, please don't hesitate to ask reception for any extra towels you might need, and we highly recommend taking some time to finally check out and enjoy the pool!
We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Kindly do not hesitate to write to us for any further assistance that you may require.
Warm Regards,
Bilal Sarfraz
Front Office Manager

The apartment was good and clean. The bed and pillows are excellent and very comfortable. Service was good and the people were very friendly.
The building seems to need refreshing and the area isn't the best. Some kind of coffee machine would have been nice.
