The apartment needs a good deep clean and a new paintwork.
Great beach and ocean views and good location.

Had a nice 19th floor balcony view. Room 1905.
But the balcony floor and windows did require cleaning (they are all privately owned).
Comfortable 2 bed appartment, did not have a TV in the main bedroom (bracket on the wall).
Very clean ensuite with bath. Kitchen well presented, had a pod coffee machine.
Will stay again but a couple of touched were missed.

There was nowhere to put our suitcases. Perhaps one or two purpose built low shelves in the wardrobe areas would help. Many hotels have these and they are robust enough to cope with suitcases and their wheels. There was plenty of (perhaps too much) storage space in those areas so a suitcase shelf would fit in easily.

So outdated. Avoid apartment 1603

Expected more having paid so much, the drains smelt like sewerage, the carpet is old and paper thin, threadbare towels, rusty indoor furniture, old saggy uncomfortable couch, broken toilet, leaking shower (had to mop after every shower), stained ceiling (mould?), terrible lighting, worn out bathroom fittings. The great view didn’t make up for it unfortunately. The Operations Manager fixed the sewerage smell straight away which was great, but didn’t offer to move us to a different apartment when I complained about the state of it unfortunately.
