Avery the Customer Service Manager was outstanding...very willing to please us...and he did...nice work Avery!
The room was comfortable, however our only negative was the heating & cooling was centralised meaning we could not control the temperature for our room.

Clean hotel.
After a very long day, we couldn’t get any room service as they had a function on, apparently they couldn’t manage to do both together.
They took out a $180 bond on our room before we even arrived, then took another 5 days after we left to have it returned to my bank.
We won’t be staying again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were awesome. Great location near shopping centre.The surrounding view of the park was terrific especially at night as well. Will definitely stay again. We highly recommend staying here.

Very clean and easy to access facilities. Staff are absolutely amazing! Very helpful and kind, they will accommodate request when possible.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 180 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You will need to provide valid credit card details over the phone for pre-payment and a AUD 150 credit card pre-authorisation to cover any incidental charges. Please be advised that there is no housekeeping service available on Sundays or public holidays. If you require fresh towels or your bins to be emptied on these days please contact reception during opening hours and they will be happy to fulfill your request. Please be advised that we operate primarily as a function centre, so there may be music from functions downstairs up until midnight (generally on Saturdays). Whilst we do our best to keep noise levels to a minimum, we cannot guarantee this and therefore do not offer any refunds or compensation due to any noise complaints from our functions.
