We were pleasantly surprised. The price was great, especially for a Saturday night.
The room had everything you needed, especially the kitchen facilities. Not a kitchen itself, but had a kettle, toaster, utensils, microwave and ur standard tea and coffee facilities. Along with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and even a dust pan! The room is small, but not cramped, still plenty of room to put your suitcase out and relax.
We would definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for but I just couldn’t accept that everything smelt of stale cigarette smoke , even the linen. Great staff and free parking , if you get there earlier enough. Old building , but everything was spoilt by the smoke smell

Old musty overpowering smell in room, windows and window grills & sills filthy. Noise and car pollution from adjacent highway meant windows could not remain open to freshen the room. Very old property in desperate need of refurbishment.

Not recommended if you want sleep

I stayed here for several nights before cutting my stay short and changing hotels. The car parking is very awkward to access and you can't rely on getting a spot. I was put near the stairwell, so I had the noise of people going up and down at all hours. Be warned the walls are very thin and one night I was kept awake ALL night by someone in the next room listening to the TV until 6am (the staff said they could barely hear it, so they weren't going to do anything about it) and another night I heard a couple in the next room talking until 2am. There was also construction noise going on next door, so it wasn't quiet either day or night.
