If I could give you 10 stars, I would just fabulous.

What a Hotel this is I can’t praise it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we just loved our time with you and want to thank all the staff for their hardwork in making all this possible the food, the pool area the staff everything was excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble.
If I could give this Hotel 10 stars, I’d give it.
And I told our Cruise company what a wonderful hotel they booked us into.

Pay the money and get a pool view room or be disappointed and feel ripped off

Been here three times and this last time was a massive disappointment.
The room view was terrible and for the money it's almost false advertising and rip off.
Check in is always a problem with rooms not ready or express check in not working correctly.
Six couples got checked in before us while we were waiting in express check in and nobody called us over to get us checked in.
I asked for a room with a view before check in and we got a metal roof to look at.
These rooms should be discounted or made clear they are rooms that will disappoint every customer.
The pool is luckily getting maintenance as is getting cracked tiles etc and my daughter got two cuts from the pool.
Our other stays have been great so unless you can guarantee a great room with a view I would not pay the money.

Expensive and lacking 5* experience

Stayed here recently only because we had a work event in the crown ballrooms. The hotel looks lovely but it is lacking a real 5* experience. The "express" check-in queue for people who had checked in online took longer than the normal check-in desk so that was a disappointing start. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a view over the roofs, I didn't pay for a pool view but for the price of the room it was a dreadful view especially since there was also a dead bird on the roof. Oh and the pool at crown was closed for maintenance, which is fair enough but again the price should have been reduced because of that.
The room itself was clean and comfortable although the layout was weird with the TV off to the side instead of in front of the bed, especially since there was nothing to look at out the window which was in front of the bed. Also there was no free bottled water in the room.
For the price of a room here I wouldn't stay again as there are much better and cheaper hotels around Perth. We literally only stayed here for the convenience and having previously stayed at Metropol and Promenade this is the better of the 3 Crown hotels.

Construction noise is unbearable

Construction noise is going on close to the Hotel with constant, loud banging all day. It starts at 7.00am in the morning and did not allow us to sleep.
