Staff very rude they made me feel I wasn't welcomed. Reception staff are very rude they need to either be retrained or they need a new job doesn't involve customer service

Great location, but cleanliness and Wi-Fi need improvement
We had a mixed experience at this hotel. There were several positives: the location was good, the staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy.
The beds were comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature, and the room had good noise insulation - we couldn’t hear any street noise during our stay. It was also a nice touch to have conditioner provided in the shower, which isn’t always common in Europe.
Unfortunately, there were also a number of issues that detracted from our stay. The room wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived. The rubbish bin still contained food items from the previous guests, and the mini-bar fridge had spilled milk/yoghurt inside, which I had to clean before we could use it.
The standard room is also very, very small, and it was difficult to find enough space to comfortably store two suitcases. The internet was another major disappointment, with a very poor connection and several occasions where we were unable to connect at all.
Perhaps most surprisingly, despite booking more than six months in advance, my husband and I were allocated two separate single beds. Given that we were travelling as a couple and had booked so far in advance, this was quite disappointing.
Overall, the hotel has a good location, friendly staff and some comfortable amenities, but the cleanliness issues, extremely small room, unreliable Wi-Fi and bed arrangement were disappointing and would make us hesitant to stay again.

Unpleasant receptionist, ignoring guests, and disrespectful treatment
My girlfriend and I are both Radisson Rewards VIP members, and we are very disappointed with how this hotel treated us. Breakfast was good and the room itself was fine, but that's where the positives end. When my girlfriend asked about an early check-in at the front desk, the receptionist was rude to her. Before our stay, the hotel confirmed in writing by email that VIP members receive a welcome card, a small chocolate, and early chcek in/check out if available. We received none of this at check-in, and our VIP status wasn't even acknowledged by the front desk. We followed up by email afterward asking about it, and the hotel simply never replied. Promising something in writing and then not delivering it — and then ignoring your guests when they follow up — is a total lack of respect for the guest. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Rom is nice, nice location and everything is clean but idk I felt little bit off because I speak English or so idk just felt like not welcoming but everything is really good there expect for the staff
