a stay that remains in your memory

I was at Hotel Stern for a few days and really felt completely comfortable there. I found the cozy atmosphere, the friendly service, and the wellness area with sauna and pool particularly nice – exactly the right thing after a day in the mountains. Everything was also just right with the food. For me, a successful mix of relaxation, enjoyment, and Tyrolean hospitality.

Perfect relaxation in the Ötztal – Dreamy wellness area and super service

We spent a week at the Hotel Stern in Längenfeld and are absolutely thrilled! The hotel is the perfect starting point for a relaxing vacation in the Tyrolean Alps. An absolute highlight for us was the hotel's own wellness area after a long day in the fresh air – beautifully designed, very well-maintained, and ideal for catching your breath. The cooperation with the Aqua Dome thermal spa (which is right around the corner) was also brilliant, which perfectly rounded off the wellness vacation. The entire team is warm, attentive, and you feel at home from the very first moment. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Relaxation, enjoyment, and warm service in a perfect combination

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Stern from the first to the last minute. My room was modern, extremely clean, and very comfortably furnished, so I felt at home immediately. I was particularly impressed by the spacious wellness area with the infinity pool and the saunas, which provided perfect relaxation after an active day in the mountains. The varied breakfast and the high-quality dinner also exceeded my expectations. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always helpful during my stay, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. For me, everything here was just right – outstanding service, excellent food, plenty of relaxation, and a beautiful location. I would love to come back and can recommend the hotel without reservation.

Perfect location and an all-around successful stay

The location right in the center is excellent, because the boat station, the cable car station, the beach, and parking spaces are easily reachable on foot; furthermore, the entire infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity. The atmosphere in the house is pleasant and quiet, so that you feel comfortable from the very first moment. My room was very clean, comfortable, and the price-performance ratio absolutely convinced me. The 24h self-check-in via key box worked without any problems, and I found it practical that rooms are offered with or without breakfast. It is also especially nice that dogs are warmly welcome and the accommodation is open all year round – I will gladly come back.

Relaxing stay for my 30th at hotel STERN

Just got back from a marvellous stay at hotel stern! Definitely have holiday blues!
The staff were all so welcoming and lovely, the staff at breakfast were very nice and efficient, the lady who worked on reception(Bridget) went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The hotel is positioned in perfect location just out of the busy neighbouring ski village but close enough to get to, close to the spa and waterfall if you like to hike there are amazing hikes close by! I recommend the hike to the bridge.
The hotels spa facilities were lovely and clean, warm, modern and the view from the infinity pool of the mountain was perfect to relax and let the mind drift.
The room was plenty spacious with comfortable pillows and bedsthe cleaners are very polite and kept the room very clean and tidy.
I’d also recommend the lady who does the massage, I had a 50 minute massage and it was heaven! As a fellow massage therapist myself I have to say she was very very good! (Ask at reception as they call the massage therapist to come to the hotel)
