DIRTY HOTEL

It's my second time at the hotel, the first one was fantastic!!!!
That second was a disaster!
Dirty room, drink melada counter, dirty TV, bathroom with hair and plastic on the floor and the lenses SUJOSSSSSSSSS!!!
Not counting the windows and the elevator all over with handshake on all sides!
At the reception a madness, a attendant doing the work of 3 groundworkers, including a maneuver.
You should close the daily value after the guest sees the situation of the apartment.

It deserves a 2 star rating. A real shame!

They welcomed us at the front desk and sent us alone to the room. They weren't very attentive. The small room, without glasses, cups or heater. The useless bathroom shampoo and the tiny-sized soap, I've never seen anything like it. Insufficient breakfast, an hour before closing fruits and juices run out. I found a fly in a portion of fruit and also in a cake. The maids and waiters at the buffet very friendly. Managers ignore claims, chain management is also inoperative.

Good location, large room and good structure

The hotel is well located in the old center of Florianópolis, close to the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Figueira Centenaria and the Historical Museum of Santa Catarina and has a good structure. We stayed in a two-bedroom room that impressed us for being quite large, very clean and with recent renovation. The staff was very friendly and satisfying.
