Decent hotel

I stayed here for 10 days. Room was decent, the cleaners really did a good job in changing sheets, getting new toiletries in daily basis. The concierge there is unfortunately, no falar ingles. So be sure to have your google translate, duolingo etc ready. The breakfast options are good, you can ask for tapioca and they’ll cook it for you on the spot. The hotel has close proximity to the beach and downtown Fortaleza. There are many restaurants nearby too.

Friendly and helpfull staff

Stayed here for 10 days and have absolutely nothing to complain about. The saff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfeast is not excellent but still good. The rooms are big, and the cleaning is very good. The hotel is located very close to the beach and not so far from centrum. It is a cheap hotel compared to the service provided. I woukd definetly come back. The only downside is that the wi-fi is very unstable but it works. Sometimes.

Perfecto

The staff here is SO nice and helpful. Very close to Iracema Beach. Good breakfast with many options. No pool, but you wont need it with the beach so near by. I would come back here for sure. Almost no english speaking staff, but ask for Google translate, they will be happy to communicate through that. Price is low compared to other hotels in the area.

Place to sleep

It is a good hotel for those who sleep anywhere. No compromises, but it's nothing special.
Have a good breakfast and very friendly people, like any Brazilian :).
A basic hotel for those who are passing by shortly.
Iracema beach is about 800 meters with good restaurants and attractions nearby.

This Nice Family Place went to the Prostitutes STAY AWAY !

I booked a recent trip there with my family and a protitute tried to get my 14 year old son. I wanted my money back and they said no . I had to go to another hotel and pay again I will be telling everyone about this place including all my friends that come to the Cocal. Jaco is a great place and the Cocal was my favorite place to take my family and use to come down with friends but no more I found a great place called Condominum Paridise and it a great family Project in a gated comunity
