It does not generate expectations.

Great cleanliness, super polite and attentive staff. Beautiful view of the city, every day waking up with the araras singing and flying in front of the window. The breakfast, normal, nothing extraordinary, the towels looked like some garbage, horrible both bath and face, parking next door and was not covered. The shower was broken, flowing water everywhere, including door and ceiling. The bed is noisy and uncomfortable.

Excellent staff, poor infrastructure.

Wonderful attendees, both the coffee staff and the storers (very polite). On the other hand, TV is deceptive propaganda: only takes Globo and the rest is out of the air. The bath water is also a problem: it freezes and takes an eternity to warm up. For the price they charge, they need to improve a lot so they don't lose customers. If the pattern continues, I suggest you look for another hotel.

Horrible.

Without water, the energy falls every hour
Disappointing hosting.
The hotel was without water during the stay and the justification was that the building was under construction — something that guests should have been informed in advance.
In addition to the lack of structure, the room also left much to be desired in comfort and conservation.
Unfortunately, the experience was negative and does not correspond to what is expected from a hotel.

Tudo ok

Escolhi esse hotel pelo preço e pela disponibilidade de ar e frigobar no apartamento, eu estava de passagem pela cidade. O quarto não é ruim, mas não é grande coisa também. O café da manhã é simples porém tinha boas opções. Meu apto era no oitavo andar, e o café da manhã é serviço no nono. A garagem não é coberta.

Simples e Bem localizado

Hotel simples localizado no Centro da cidade. Quarto amplo com cama modelo antigo, ar condicionado funcionando e silencioso, frigobar vazio e televisor tela plana (sem TV a cabo). Banheiro pequeno com boa ducha (a gás). Toalhas e lençóis brancos e limpos. Café da manhã simples com pouca variedade. Estacionamento próprio e gratuito. Bom atendimento, recepcionistas atenciosos. Boa limpeza e organização. Recomendo.
