MAP your muqifo in Lages

In more than 40 years traveling around the world and in Brazil, it was the worst accommodation we had in the world. Half double bed sold as executive, for a price that on the market average is not worth R$250.00 was charged R$312.00 .
The bed with the BOX platform with a broken leg and guenza. Shorted ceiling light remained on. Average coffee.
In this experience, the employee Vinicius, who took over the early morning shift, transferred us to a renovated apartment that still wouldn't be worth R$ 280.00, saved us.
If you don't want to suffer humiliation and mistreatment, avoid this mess.

Drove into Lages, Brazil

Really liked this town. My husband and I are driving through Brazil, south to north on our way to Rio...Loved this place. Quiet and cute. Stayed at the Hotel Map and the rooms were clean and large and not pricey. The bathroom was huge and had a great shower. The staff were happy and friendly. We speak little to no Portuguese and they were helpful and willing to repeat things and read from the phrase book so we could start to get the language.
Ate at a really good cafe...Julius and had a staek sandwich with a salad, Cappucinos and an ice cream for desert.
Stop here and see the cathedral, the shops and the nice people.
