VERY dirty and run down. I lived in Brazil for 2 years and never stayed anywhere so dirty and gross before. Sheets had stains on them, bathroom had hair everywhere. AC didn't work well enough to actually cool the room. Not enough parking. We ended up just leaving and going to a nicer hotel close by

Não havia nada com quê se cobrir: havia um único lençol cobrindo o colchão. Cheguei cansada, tomei banho e aí que vi esse problema. Precisaria ir até a recepção pedir um lençol. Adormeci sem me cobrir e acordei no colchão mesmo, embaixo do único lençol que havia. Viajo bastante e nunca vi isso.
O chuveiro também precisa ser trocado, pois quase não saía água.
Já os funcionários foram gentis.

Lençol sujo, travesseiro molhado, chuveiro quase sem água e não havia lençol para cobrir. Quarto com muita poeira.

Pousadas boa, muito bem localizada, mas precisa melhor as instalações para a época da chuva, pois os quartos ficam muito umidos. Mas o resto super tranquilo.
