Amazing stay and the best holiday we could have asked for

Me and my brother stayed here for what was my first ski trip ever. I couldn’t have had a better time there. Our hosts Tsvetan and his wife were so so kind and accommodating to us from when we first arrived until after the check out. They helped with recommendations for tavernas / restaurants in the area that were authentic Bulgarian cuisine, gave advice for how we could order food in Bansko when it was raining heavily one day, keeping our luggage safe after check out because we wanted to ski an extra day before our transfer. They always asked us how our day was, helped us with the fridge when we didn’t know how to turn it on. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, quiet, well heated in winter and cleaned every day by the cleaner. We had shampoo there, fresh towels every day, hair dryer. Extra blankets if needed. The location was also perfect and we walked 15/20 mins to the ski lifts every day, but there were also very cheap options for us to get dropped off there if we didn’t want to walk. I highly recommend this accommodation & the owners for a ski trip or holiday in Bansko! There is also a pool table /games room and an area to sit down.

A lovely mountain getaway

The hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The location is good as it is nice and quiet being slighlty further away from the loud nightclubs. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is tasty and the shuttle to and from the gondola is a great service. The sauna is perfect after long day skiing. Very good value for money.

Great experience

Great service and staff. Very friendly on welcoming and gave us constant lift services at any time of asking. Cleaners came in most days which was pleasant to come back to. Only a short walk to any of the main restaurants and to the ski gondola.

Lovely family run hotel in a quiet location

The hotel offers excellent value for money. Spacious clean room, delicious breakfast, kind hosts and all this in a quiet close to the center street. There is a nice supermarket and a healthy juice bar around the corner. Avoid the massive lift queue in the morning by getting a ride in the hotel shuttle to one of the chairlifts above the Gondola!

Wonderful family run hotel

The hotel is run and managed by the mother, son and his girlfriend. Very friendly people. They prepared special Bulgarian delicacies for dinner everyday of our stay. Very accommodating and friendly people. Highly recommend this place to anyone going to Bansko for sightseeing or Skiing.
