Relax and enjoy
I think the hotel it's very nice and friendly. It's not a luxury place but for what we got was a comfortable and clean room. All the places were we ben was cleaning and staff was very friendly. Also was great value for money.

- they have a problem with the cleaning services, in our second day the room was not clean and the towels weren’t changed so I went to the reception and the receptionist who doesn’t know English, said somehow that they don’t clean, so I asked for the manager and a very young guy appeared and he said that they clean and change towels once every 3 days and that he has experience in the hotel business and he did that in others places. Anyway, after a really long confrontation they cleaned and changed the towels
- the towels were stained every day and smelled very bad and this happened to our friends who were staying there also
- the ice outside was never cleaned, the stairs with ice are very dangerous and one day I felt on them, so be very careful
- the breakfast was pour and every day the sam e food, the coffee terrible and the restaurant area is small and we had to wait to find a table
- the food from restaurant is not that great
- the employees don’t speak English and they are not helpful
- the pool is not that clean, and the water is not heated

FUYEZ
If you like noise and I don’t care then this hotel is for you. For those looking for comfort, cleanliness and tranquility pass your way.
The staff are friendly and want to do well , what is wrong at all is the management who for example, wanting to party in the lobby turn up the sound at 2:30 in the morning and wake up the whole hotel.
You can get off: a night watcher watches TV thoroughly and tells you where the noise is!!!
It's up to you to make reign calm .....

it’s very fun indeed and of course nobody to put them in their place.
We're going out. They disappeared. I thought I was in kindergarten.

In short about 5 days spent in this hotel we managed to sleep 2 times!

Spitting attitude
1. Parking and exit are not cleaned or sprinkled, the morning exit from the hotel downstairs is icy, which is very dangerous. There's not enough parking space.
2. The steps are not cleaned or woken up. On the first day, my baby fell, which was good enough without injury. I made a comment on the reception, but no one thought to clean. On the last day of our stay, I fell and there were no injuries: a hematoma on my back, a bruise on my left arm and on top of that, a broken laptop I had with me.
This time, I've already asked to see the owner or manager of the hotel. I had to wait a long time for this gentleman because, according to the woman at the reception, he was very busy, even though talking to him was a completely useless exercise. He said they don't have to clean the ice and clear the snow and since it's winter outside it's normal for the steps to be icy. Naturally, there is no question of any compensation for even a broken laptop.
I think hotels like this have no right to operate. Residents' safety has to be a priority, and here it's just been sucked.
