Nice older cottage, but has no air conditioning. The bed was in a room that made it impossible to access from both sides, although it was comfortable.

Staff was nice because they own the place. It’s an old property so there is allot to be fixed. I have mosquitoes bite and swelling. They have no food place on the property. If you don’t have your own food to cook then you are starving. This place has kitchen in room, essential’s are bad quality and allot missing. For this price there are better options.

Convenient location between Banff and Canmore. The cabin we stayed in can do with upgrades with regard to the standing shower, lighting etc.

We knew it wasn’t going to be anything fancy, but there were so many little things that could have been done to improve this place. The plastic chairs were mostly broken, some weren’t even safe to sit in. Lots of clutter behind the main building, most picnic tables were in terrible shape and the grass was a foot long under them. The cabins were cleans and did the trick. But the bed and pillows were like rocks. Staff were nice and super cute doggo, great views of the mountains.

No one readily available on reception when needed. No orientation on arrival of local amenities. Accommodation was very basic and generally poor state of repair. No mugs tea spoons tv remote missing towels poor quality bathroom very small hard to negotiate in at all. Kitchen units missing handles and very basic items and bare minimum equipment. Outside table and chairs dirty and broken picnic table. Overpriced for standard
