Can’t be beat

Stayed dec 7&8 2019. Wife and I had a wedding in the area and this location was perfect for us. We were given an early check in at no extra cost which was a nice surprise. The owner was a very nice man and not only would I recommend this place to anyone/everyone, we will be back the next time we’re around.

Big space, own kitchen, comfy bed, smart tv, free parking, clean and willing to please.

Great place to lay your head

Over the last 3 years on various occasions because my company had an office in town I was lucky enough to stay at the river breeze inn Malik is a great host !!! The rooms I stayed were not your boxy hotel rooms but had separate kitchen and bedroom so you felt like you were at home !! Plus the scenery is very nice right on the river and a beach and boat launch down the street plus a great balcony with a barbecue !! I just spent 3 weeks there this summer and didn't have to eat out everyday plus really nice big screen tv with netflix and youtube The rooms have character and are unique and it's in a great setting so you want a relaxing stay i highly recommend it !!

Great Stay

Excellent service, deffinitely a place i'd visit again if i had to stay in the area. The bed was comfy and clean made me feel like in my own little appartement :) Thanks again for making it a cozy Stay!

Stayed one night when visiting the Ottawa tulip festival.

When Ottawa was overflowing and our airbnb host there was a no-show (shame on airbnb) we drove out to Carleton Place and found River Breeze. The reception was warm and efficient, our suite was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. In the morning we awoke to a sunny view of grass, trees and river - refreshing! Cooked our breakfast in the kitchen, and returned to Ottawa.

Very Disappointing...nothing like the pictures or reviews.

After reading all the great reviews and looking atrevwhich e pictures we booked a room for the night.
The suite we had look nothing like the pictures. I really beleive we were in someone's living area and they moved out for the night. The place was not as expected at all.
The futon which was the 2nd bed was sagging so bad it almost touched the floor. We had to cover the armchair before we would use it.
Kitchen was stocked but it had open containers of food. Nice gesture but sorry I'm not going to use food left by unknown people. Kitchen needed a good cleaning, everything felt greasy and/or sticky. Every glass,cup or utensil we used had to be washed first.
The hairdryer on the wall had a thick layer of dust on it. Edge of floor needed sweeping.
Thought the springs were poking through on the mattress but discovered it was two 3" pieces of hard plastic.
Was a good location, owner did seem nice but we never saw him after he gave us the key. TV and WIFI were good.
Nothing like the pictures!!!
Will not be going back or recommending this hotel. Terrible disappointment.
