Rude Raj and his dirty place

WARNING: Thieves, Scammers, Criminals! Raj at front desk will ask you for more money after you already paid! He cannot speak proper English! He is a rude racist. We had to call the police (see in picture), who said he is as "shady as they come". The place is an absolute DUMP. Dirty, stinky, holes in walls, leaks, wires - safety and health hazard. Do not support these criminals! ZERO, ZERO, ZERO, not even a 1.
Raj was sleeping on the desk when we got there. He looked like he didn't shower or clean in weeks. He relished his role in scamming us.
Again - be warned - he will ask more money. Or if you try to cancel your booking when you see how bad this place is, he will not cancel it. YOU WILL, lose your money.

Shut down Save Inn, Kincardine

Beware Save Inn.!These guys are crooks. We prepaid for the room and when we arrived, the doors were locked and noone around. This was at 10.50 pm. We had tried to reach them earlier in the day and again when we couldn't get in. No one ever answers the ph. Not only did they rob us of $145.00 but we had to pay top dollars for the only hotel in town that had a room. Shut these crooks down! I've never had this kind of experience with renting a room before. Unbelievable! If anyone has suggestions on how they can be reported please share.

Rather sleep in my car!

Do NOT stay here. I booked a 2 night stay. I arrived in the room to be greeted by dirty sheets and bugs on the bed. I immediately went back to the front desk, not even 5 minutes later, to ask for my money back. They refunded 1 night, but I was told they could not refund the 2nd night. When I tried to get thru to their Customer Service, I quickly realized it was AI, and was hung up on 4x. I was provided an email address to help with the situation. Their reply was that the room is absolutely beautiful, and in their busy time they don't want to lose money, so absolutely no refund or exchange. Garbage customer service.

I don't know where to begin...

I am usually a positive person. I tend to leave any place I stay in tidy when I leave. However, I had to stay here for a night due to an urgent situation, and I never want to stay here again.
Pros:
- The air conditioning worked really well on a hot night, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. It was conveniently close to the beach and downtown, which made getting around easy.
Cons:
1. They didn't change the bed sheets, so there was hairs under the pillow and visible wrinkles and signs of use on the sheets. Fortunately, I had my own sheets, so I managed to get through the night.
2. The bathroom was just ridiculous. I could understand the old bathtub, but there were traces of dirty water and hair everywhere, with dead flies scattered around. The toilet seat had urine stains as if it hadn't been cleaned for a month. Also, the toilet seat was loose, and I nearly fell. The towels should be replaced; they seemed washed but were too old and had a couple of stains, which made me hesitant to use them.
3. The room was so dusty that I could write "please clean the dust" on the surfaces. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a year.
Although I urgently needed a place to stay for one night, it wasn't worth $150. I would pay around $50 at most.
If you're going to rent it out for money, please at least pay some attention to cleaning.

Quite a disappointment!

I don't know how tis place is approved by the authorities. Room looked clean, especially washroom when We checked, however later founs safety hazards everywhere. Electrical plugs squigly and not properly attached to the wall. Threshold from bedroom to washroom half inch above ground - tripping in it if you're rushing to toilet. Workmanship is awful all around and very outdated. Window missing knob so one can hardly open it for fresh air. Bedding was clean but bed sheets go only halfway up to just above waste. What is that? Could not get a good night's
sleep - pillows too low or too high if you put two. Not to mention dirty stairway and falling apart with junk and drywall just before going out to our room. Cobwebs everywhere and not one chair on the balcony . This place neefs a good clean up and reno. You get what you pay for. Prefer to pay more next time and not have to witness this shabbiness!
