The hosts -- Anne and Gilles -- were wonderful...friendly, helpful, bilingual, and great conversationalists. Our breakfast was the best we had in our two week vacation in Quebec. Room was comfortable and charming. In hindsight, we should have stayed longer.

Total awesome experience …

Welcoming is an understatement to say the least … entering into this Victorian style home is like stepping back in time! The hosts, Ann & Gilles treated my mom and I as if we were royalty! The comfort, rooms and especially the breakfast was and will be worth another stop!

Friendly Warm Welcome. Great breakfast.

We spent a night here whilst exploring Canada and attempting to get away from the cities. Gite Gil Ann is in a pleasant village with a few hiking trails nearby.
There is not much that I can say that has not been said before. If you are looking for a plush expensive hotel, look further. If you are looking for a comfortable room with WiFi, a fantastically warm welcome, a superb homemade hot breakfast, car parking on site with a restaurant and a supermarket all within (European) walking distance, this is the place for you.
It's 10 -15 minutes' drive from Parc Omega and about 10 minutes' drive from the junction with the A50.
I'd go back if I was ever in the vicinity.

Sweet place that could use a refresh once COVID is over….as I’m sure that many could.
I was unwell during the evening of my stay and Annette was such a comfort…. above and beyond. Her kindness was greatly appreciated.
I didn’t have the breakfast, but, according to many other glowing reviews, it is excellent….expertly prepared by Gilles.
A lovelier couple you could not meet. Thank you!

Perfect accommodation and great hosts

We have been on the road from Alberta for five days, and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed! Friendly, attentive hosts and a delicious, home-cooked breakfast. Bathroom and room were comfortable and clean. There’s a convenience store right across the street and restaurants and some shops nearby. A perfect experience!
