Awesome place for the price

Bed Bugs

If you love bed bugs and hotel staff not caring then this is the place for you. Bf was in Saskatoon for business and the Sasktel Centre put him up in this hotel. On the day of checkout he woke up to find a large bedbug on the bed. He caught it and put it in a water bottle. Went down to the front desk and the girl just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing. Once he phoned and spoke to an assistant manager who offered reimbursement to which he said no as it was the Sasktel Centre who put him up. He did ask that they cover his large suitcase he had to throw away as well as expenses spent at the laundromat washing and drying all items for 4 hours. The assistant manager said he would pass the information onto the manager and who would contact him. The assistant manager also said “All hotels have bed bugs and the ones that don’t are closed ones.” Clearly they are aware they have bugs as it wasn’t too big of a deal. Fast forward to now weeks later and no manager called as they don’t care about their customers. They only seem to care about filling these rooms with guests and bugs. Stay clear unless you want the scare of possibly contaminating your home with bed bugs.

The property is in a good location to many amenities it was clean fast check in there are renovations right now but not overly bad quiet the breakfast is good

Place to stay after a concert at Sask Tel Centre

Location close to SaskTel Centre. Room was clean but in need of some updates. Flooring looked like someone on skates walked across it. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold items.
