I don’t usually write hotel reviews, and I’m generally pretty easygoing when it comes to accommodations. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing.
The room did not have working air conditioning. We set it to cool the room, but even after three hours, there was no noticeable difference. We gave the hotel staff an opportunity to address the issue, but unfortunately, it was not resolved.
The TV also did not work during our stay.
Overall, I feel there are other accommodation options offering better quality and value for the same cost. Based on our experience, I would choose somewhere else next time.

We had a room in the extended stay rooms. My husband was very pleased and will for sure be booking when he has to travel for work. The craftsmanship was lacking. Some panels pulling away and tiles lifting. But the creativity was evident and our stay was enjoyable.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable, with all then necessary accessories. We considered it great value for money. Keeping in mind this is a renovated room from an older motel. The staff worked hard to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was a nice addition.

We really enjoyed our stay at Glengarry! When we first arrived, we weren’t sure as the outside does not represent the rooms which were very spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was great and the kitchen area a definite bonus. I liked that we could park right outside our room and not have to haul everything up an elevator. We were very tired after driving nine hours, so we did try the hot tub which was fine. Definitely nice to decompress. Breakfast the next morning was decent, the restaurant is very nice looking. We did have dinner offsite at the nook and cranny and it was awesome! Just a few minutes away. We will be staying at Glengarry on our way back home.
