We stay there at least once a year. They are amazing hosts and the rooms are great.

The renovated room was very impressive! Excellent job! Kudos to the property for that. Only negative is that a towel rack in the sink area would be a good addition. The refrigerator was not working and kept making a loud clicking sound at random intervals, enough so to disturb sleep. Had to unplug it. Road noise from the highway was quite noticeable. Unsure if the renovations included new windows, but that might help as would improved seals around the door. The air conditioner is loud, but that is an thing inherent to all in-wall air conditioners.

The beds are rock hard so very little sleep. Room was musty smelling and continental breakfast was very limited to selection

Check in time was at 3 pm however, it wasn't available until 3:50 pm. It was very noisy as the next room over was slamming the doors very very often. We were given 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for a room with 2 queen beds.
The breakfast was put away before 10:00 am. However, the worker did offer to bring it out of storage if I wanted.

Did not have the room advertised and paid for and instead had a double room on second floor. As I'm an amputee with one leg this was incredibly inconvient. Because I had already paid for room options were limited. The hotel is under renovations and not overly clean areas nor did we feel the room had been cleaned. Wouldn't stay here again
