Great Stay with a Wonderful Room Upgrade!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Willo! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore Vancouver. What really stood out was the excellent service—we were kindly upgraded to a room with our own private bathroom instead of a shared one, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the upgrade and the hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

A stripped down place to stay is the best description. The reception area was really dated. The personnel were meh. The room was clean.

The offsite parking situation was a bit of a mess and hard to find in the dark, but other than that, the hotel was great.

Excellent location at an excellent price. BC Place and Rogers Arena are right across the street. Vancouver Transit is frequent and easy to use. Easily walkable corner store and a great selection of local restaurants.

Bare bones hotel. Parking at the hotel was sold out and had to park 3 blocks away in the remote area the hotel had. Shared bathroom with the room next door. Pricing appeared to be the same as other hotels and should be adjusted for this. The staff was friendly, hotel served need for an overnight stay.
