我要打一个大差评，看了袋鼠家，评分高好评多才来住的，结果根本不可信！！！图我就不放了根本看不下眼。
1.居住环境差：风格是30年前的脏乱差破楼，屋里一股浓烈的霉味，多待上几分钟肺里就要长霉菌了，不怕的可以来试试；且非常非常不隔音，外面的人说话，屋里都能听的一清二楚，所谓的门也仅仅是阻隔了视线而已；整个店只有一个非常狭窄的坐便，想来的女生慎重考虑一下卫生问题，什么人坐过不得而知。
2.老板态度恶劣：不承认自己的屋子有味道，并且反过来指责你，说你觉得有味是你隔路矫情，诅咒是你自己身体差劲，秉承着我就不承认，你能拿我咋地的态度；非常难缠的更年期妇女，可以想象一下。
3.对店家：不要再想泼脏水给我，说我是因为你不给退费才恶意差评，平心而论如果房子能住我为什么要退费？我提前好几天订房间，就为了坐高铁过去然后退费给你一个差评？也别想污蔑我是同行，我是干电商的，这种手段我见多了。

这不算恶意还什么是恶意？你在网上提前几天订的房间，入住当天下午两点多来我家店里，看完房间你才办理的入住，入住十多分钟后你锁门出去了，一个多小时才回来，回来后你说退房，我把押金退给你了，你要求退房款，我和你解释了办理入住一个多小时了房款不能退了，如果不满意你办理入住当时就应该提出要退房，办理入住时你什么意见都没有，出去办完事了要退房还要退钱，这是合理要求吗？你当时说你没在店里住就应该退钱，住宿和买衣服不一样，你办入住了，我的客房交给你使用了，你是没睡觉，你是锁门出去了，你的东西都锁在客房里，你使用了我的客房一个多小时，要退房款就是不合理要求，你当时说不退房钱就给差评，四十多块钱房钱，让你费尽心思恶心人也是难为你了，你怎么不说说你报警了？你和警官说，你来了没住店，我不给你退钱，我家店里有六个监控摄像头，警官调了你从入店到离店的所有监控，警官是怎么回复你的？你能不能说一下？做人不能太利己，你不能只考虑自己的利益而损害别人的利益，我家旅店是一楼不是地下室，270平米只有十个房间，有六个房间是带独立卫浴的房间，四个不带独卫的，你说只有一个卫生间不是笑话吗？房间通风很好怎么可能有霉味？警官在监控里看见了所有经过，我一直是态度很好的和你解释为什么不能退款，你还威胁我不退钱就差评，人对世界充满善意回报你的也会是善意，我能保证说的都是真的你能吗？
