The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of MOP 3090 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests who book breakfast included rate are only entitled to enjoy breakfast for 2 guests per room. Charges apply for additional guests. Room capacity for queen-bed rooms is up to 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children sharing existing beds. Additional charges apply for the third person. Please note that for non-refundable reservations, guests are not allowed to amend names. All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee and settle the payment. Please note that the name on the credit card used to guarantee the booking, must be the same as the guests' name. This will be verified upon check-in.
