房间很大，设施很新，卫生整洁，风景优美，早餐不错，除了对面火车经过鸣叫之外，很安静。前台服务员不够热情，服务一般。

酒店设施、装修都比较新，使用很方便。
卫生：客房卫生清洁、洗手间整洁。
环境：酒店在新区，周边环境优美，空气清新。停车方便，有地库。
服务：服务水平良好，前台服务人员还应提高服务水平。

离市区很近，酒店环境和卫生很好，虽然偶尔有火车🚞声但不影响休息。睡得很好ദ്ദി（• ˕ •マ.ᐟ 唯一不足的是，热水不热，可能是太晚了。后续第二天温度调高了但还是不够。

酒店隔壁客人可以用房卡开我的房间，当时正在换衣服。
电话告知前台后，去前台被告知没有人。
后面在我的坚持下看监控，发现事情原委。
一，告知前台后，前台不负责任的咬死说没有人进过我的房间。
二，酒店对处理客诉没有担当，没有诚意。
奉劝各位，花钱是来消费的，连最基本的安全都无法保障，酒店视我们的安全于何地。
