Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Split

We had a wonderful stay at Grgur Ninski Rooms and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split.
From the moment we arrived, Mladen made us feel incredibly welcome. He met us at the airport and drove us to the property, while also sharing lots of helpful information about Split and the surrounding area. His local knowledge and friendliness really added to our experience.
The location is absolutely unbeatable — right next to the Golden Gate entrance to Diocletian’s Palace and inside the Old Town walls. Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and all the main attractions.
The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and very quiet at night despite being in such a central location. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the street, which gave the room even more character and atmosphere.
Breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant only a minute away, with plenty of great choices each morning.
If you are looking for a clean, comfortable room with an amazing location and exceptional hospitality, this is an excellent choice. Thank you, Mladen, for being such a fantastic host — we would definitely stay here again.

No balcony. We didn't care. AC was great. Owners great but know that to talk to them you must use WhatsApp? They are not in the lobby all the time but respond quickly with the phone.

Amazing location. Easy access. All remote. Never saw a person, but easy communications through app. They even arranged a taxi to airport for 35 euro.

Great property. Amazing location we could walk to everything. Hosts could not have been more helpful. The pick up and drop off at the airport made it a hassle free vacation from start to finish.
