Top Location

Top location in Split, right in the middle of the city close to everything and close to the day tour offices. Daniel, the owner is a cool guy who owns the art shop below, he ws very helpful too. I had the attic apartment which was fine, big bathroom, decent space.

Beautifull Apartment

Well what a fantastic place to stay.Just spent a week in this beautifull,so well equipped with everything you need.Right in the heart of Split Centre with everything on your door step.Daniel the owner is a true Gentleman with nothing being to much trouble.I would certainly recommend these Apartments and 100% return.

5 lasses in the 3 bedroomed apartment

Location = excellent, right in the heart of the split. 5 mins to water front. 5 mins to Spar shop (turn right right then right into shop). Loads of restaurants within a 10 minute radius walk.
Apartment = great 2 doubles. 1 single. Kitchen and bathroom all stocked (not food). Towels and huge beach towels provided. Shared terrace available on 2nd floor with sunbeds and chairs. But no one else was using area when we were visiting.
Would defo recommend it as a basic option and somewhere to stay. Clean and tidy. Daniel the host was very friendly and helpful.
Split = defo recommend visiting the town and doing a trip to other neighbouring islands.

Perfect place to stay while in Split

We stayed at Artistic Apartments for 3 nights. The location could not be better. From anywhere in the historic part of the city you are always within a 5-7 minute walk to the apartment, which is very handy when a bathroom is needed. Everything you could ever need is in the apartment from a clothes washer, to a dishwasher, an amazing roof top terrace with both a covered area and a part open to the sky, 2 different types of coffee makers, tons of other kitchen tools, a hair dryer, beach towels, travel books, etc. We had a little bit of trouble with wi fi, but the owner of the apartment also ownes the art gallery directly below the apartment and hooked us up to his business wi fi. That worked great for us as long as we were on the terrace, which is a very comfortable place to be. Should we visit Split again, this is where we would stay.

Artistic Apartment was more than adequate for our stay.

Four of us "oldies" stayed at Artistic Apartment for three nights after a two week stay near Omish. The apartment was more than adequate for our stay being near to the main square and promenade and just about a five or six minute walk from the bus station and ferry port. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils, dish washer, washing machine and more than enough towels. All in all perfect.
