Very good value for money

All around a great service!
Well furnished room, equipped with everything useful.
Well located and very quiet at night.
Window has mosquito net!
Antonija took great care of us and organized a shuttle to the airport. There are also recommendations for good restaurants nearby.

Fantastic Fabio Residence

My husband and I stayed in the lovely King Bed Studio. Maja was excellent to correspond with prior to our trip, answering all questions promptly and she arranged a private car for our airport pick up. Our flight was very late, but the driver was waiting at the airport when we arrived. He was a great young man who spoke excellent English and was very informative about Spllit and some history of the area. Maja met us and provided us with lots of information about the area and things to do while we were there. The Studio was beautiful, very well equipped kitchen, even providing spices. The bathroom has beautiful shower and even a washing machine for clothes, which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the area nice and quiet. Very close walking distance to the palace and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely Studio

This is an excellent studio and is very suitable for any short stay in Split. My wife and I stayed for three nights after a cruise around the beautiful islands of Croatia. We met Maja the owner at an arranged time and she showed us around the apartment and gave us useful advice about our stay in Split. The studio is on two floors and is a real delight; decorated to a very high standard, very comfortable and clean! The studio is at the top of a short flight of stairs and shares a courtyard with other studios. Maja provided a number of extras which were very welcome indeed: wine, coffee, fruit and even beer! It would be possible to cook in the studio but with so many superb restaurants nearby not many people will use the fully equipped kitchen provided.
All in all everything about this studio was great - its location, the décor, the cleanliness and its owner.

A Perfect Stylish Croatian experience!

We stayed here (unfortunately only for one night) at the start of our Croatian holiday. Located in the picturesque old city of Split, beautifully renovated apartments, decorated stylishly, roomy, tea/coffee provided, fantastic comfy beds, washing machine... Small balconies with great views.. You cannot go wrong... Wish we had longer here

Lovely very well equipped apartment in quiet part of old old town

This is a compact apartment in a quiet part of the old town. It has been refurbished in April to a very high standard and very well equipped. The air conditioning works well as does the Wi-Fi. There is a well equipped kitchenette area and a lovely shower room which also has a washing machine. The owner has paid great attention to detail with several nice touches. For example there were two cold bottles of beer in the fridge when we arrived, two bottle a of wine and a large bowl of fresh fruit.
The apartment is about ten minutes walk from the end of the harbour about twenty minutes walk from the bus station. It is probably less suitable for an older couple or anyone who is less mobile as there is a bit of a climb through the back streets.
Although the apartment may be a little more expensive than some it is meticulously well looked after with every facility you might want. The price includes daily room servicing.
