Lovely clean hotel - in the heart of Larnaca

Lovely clean hotel in the middle of Larnaca
We stayed here in 2024 & now again in 2026 & will return again when next in Cyprus.
Spotless, very easy to check in & out. I used Booking.com but will try to book direct in the future so the hotel gets all the money.
It's close to the church, fort, beach, shops, bars & restaurants. We only stayed for one night this time as we are staying in another part of the island.
We ate at Alexander Restaurant on the front and it was excellent.

Very pleasant stay

My stay was more than good. The room was spacious and clean. The AC worked really well and the location is very central. Many thanks to Ramzi for his kindness and professionalism.

Great accommodation! I arrived past midnight and it was easy to check-in; even though I had access details, there was staff at the time. The room was pretty large and had a very nice balcony. All super clean, great shower and toiletries. Nice bed and towels. Great location, a few steps from a local beach and bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The public are being scammed by the online description!!

Worst experience of my life.
Booked for 2 nights but ended staying 1.
Service was appalling.
There is no staff, it is self entry to this place.
Was told we’re in wrong room and would need to move even though the room was confirmed online.
Told that would need to move to another room for 2nd night.
The poor cleaner did not have a clue what was going on and the manager didn’t care.
Would not accept being shunted around and only stayed the 1st night.
The place is not on the beachfront and has no facilities whatsoever as described online.
How is this rated a 4 star when it does not even meet a 1 star.
I’m pretty sure that a 1 star premises has more facilities than this place.
Avoid it like the plague.
