The accommodation itself was clean but super old, but unfortunately the air conditioning was not working when we arrived. We reported the issue and later asked to be compensated because we had not received what we had paid for. It was broken 2 nights in August….It was only at that point that we were accused of having damaged the AC, which we found both unrealistic and very rude.
We are fully aware that windows should be kept closed when using air conditioning, so the suggestion that we caused the problem in this way does not make sense. More importantly, the AC was already not working when we checked in, so it is unreasonable to suggest that we could have damaged it before we had even used the accommodation.
I also left my phone number and specifically encouraged them to call me so we could discuss the matter directly, but I never received a call.
We would have expected the issue to be handled professionally and fairly, rather than being blamed for a problem that was already present when we arrived.

The room was clean but old and noisy AC, took one hour before cooling in one room. Cheap glasses, plates and coffee cups, different models. We also had a fridge that didn’t close properly so our food got wasted and a shelf fell out. We told them, I hope they fix it because it was very old and so no one else gets spoilt food. They didn’t seam to care about us informing them. Pool area ok, different pools, fun for kids. They don’t clean during your stay.

Lovely complex can’t fault 10/10

We stayed here for a month and can’t fault from the friendly welcoming reception staff to the immaculate garden and pool area.The location is great 10-15 minutes walk to harbour area.The room was spotless and spacious and had most utensils as well as a fridge,cooker, washing machine and microwave.All in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend 10/10

I highly recommend the complex for a family place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean with various pools to choose either for privacy or kid friendly. The television has many options and caters to many nationalities The proximity to all the places of interest is an epicenter. The complex is safe for people or vehicles. The only consolation is that if you want a Mediterranean view seek elsewhere but with all the wonderful encounters within 10 minutes driving time, the stay is impeccable. Also, the kitchen arrangement and supplies are exquisite. I can find nothing wrong with this complex and will return.
