A super experience
The hotel is located right in the middle of Odense and easy to park in the parking cellar. Their bar there is a large selection of different drinks. And you were always greeted with a smile from the staff.
It can be highly recommended from here, we will definitely come back again ❤️

Uncomfortable stay
The bed was very hard. The first night we slept nothing and worked in the back. The other night I was allowed to sleep occasionally because I asked for extra mattresses (which they did not have), but got a dyne.
The pillows were uncomfortable. They appeared more like insert pads for decorative pads, were bulky and stacked through with the feathers. He asked for new pillows and got tempur pillows. They're not our favorite.
The cleanliness was poor, the toilet seat was nasty, it didn't fit either.
The curtains were not bright.
The breakfast was disappointing. Just a little cheese, turkey ham, salami and roll-up sausage. No salads (reed, red bit). No liver postei or smoking lizard, no mirror lizard, smoothies, mayonnaise +++. Never experienced so bad breakfast in the Nordic. They were also bad to fill on the few things that were.
The design was nice and more people friendly, but it plays in the whole little role. Choosing another hotel for your next visit to Odense.

Tak for din ærlige tilbagemelding. Jeg er oprigtigt ked af, at jeres ophold hos os har været så skuffende.
Særligt jeres oplevelse med søvnkomforten og rengøringen beklager jeg. Det er helt grundlæggende for et godt hotelophold, og her har vi tydeligvis ikke levet op til det, I med rette kunne forvente.
Jeg er glad for, at I trods alt oplevede os som venlige, og jeg tager jeres samlede feedback med videre.

The lighting was tricky to navigate the first night, as the switch for the main light was on the far side of the bed.
Daily cleaning a bit inconsistent. 2nd day tea bags not refreshed or mug washed from day before.
However, Great location, lovely bedding, wonderful staff and great breakfast, so all in all a good stay.
I would recommend.
