Amazing establishment and the best place to stay in Ribe.

What a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. Yes, there are stairs but so worth it. The location is amazing and there are amazing restaurants and attractions all around. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and in the most charming dining room. A special treat to receive a painting from Rune! Look him up painting around the corner from the hotel!

The hotel location is great, staff are helpful and friendly. Overall okay, but the hotel needs to upgrade itself, outdated interior not aligned with building history value, the restaurant style/ menu is “old school” and certainly needs to be dusted off.
This place has great potential, but it needs to wake up.

No service

It was a rather disappointing experience. We ordered and it to about an hour as we haven’t pressed the button on the service cube to call for a waiter. However then we pressed the request to pay however we had been ignored for at least for 20
Minutes. Due to an attack by a sea gull on our food I took the left overs and went to the dancing staff which was more focused on the DJ then their customers.

Disappointing lunch

Cute and friendly service, but an egg cake made of whole egg on bottle and then a price of 169 kr. Plus a potato mousse with just potatoes and chips and that was it. Not quite worth a visit.
