Awesome hotel experience

Comfortable and clean beds. Impeccable service and the perfect location. Would stay here again if i ever find myself back in Ecuador. Exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Christopher and the staff for being so accommodating.

Delightful!

I stayed at Hostal Mariscal for two nights. The host and hostess are very kind people, and helped me with restaurant recommendations, and provided good directions to the places I needed to get to. Both mornings, my breakfast was delicious, and attractively presented. My room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. I will stay here again when visiting Cuenca.

Glad we stayed here

We moved here from another hotel that wasn't clean or comfortable, and were very happy here. The hotel has a great location, is in an interesting old building, and the staff are very helpful and nice. There is parking just down the street in a garage. If the garage is not open when it says it should be, the hotel people have a key and can open the garage.

Excellent place to stay

We travelled to cuenca 7/8/17 to 8/2/17 and we stayed there the whole trip. The owner was very informative and knowledgeable about places to see and how to get there. Willy was a pleasure to talk to,guess he's his right hand man very polite young man. The room we stayed in was very spacious (2adults and 2 kids). Breakfast was always good. The location was perfect everything within walking distance or pretty close (we love walking).
They were very polite to my family who showed up at various times during the day and night. I most definitely recommend this hotel to families.
I'll miss you guys.

Great place to stay, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast

- beds are big and very comfortable - being 1,80m this was just perfect to sleep
- breakfast plenty and good, coffee, tea or choco as much as you like, fresh fruit juice, fruitsalad, eggs your choice, bread, butter, delicious jam
- very good internet connection in complete hotel
- Felix the manager is the nicest person, always looking out if you are ok, very helpful organizing trips to Cajas for example, he even drove us to the airport
- location is great, quiet but still only 5 blocks from the main plaza
