It was the best experience staying in this hotel . Everything was perfect the Staff . Our Host Mike was amazing he made sure we had anything we needed taking care of . The food was high quality cooked to perfection and plated beautifully not to mention the attention of the waiters. The administrator was awesome he had high knowledge of history and his attention to detail was great. The hotel is set on the edge of a volcano with large wall windows that looked inside the volcano laying in your bed and on the other side with an extraordinary city view. We could see the sunrise on one side and the sundown on the other. I strongly recommend this hotel 100%. I will definitely stay here again. I did not meet the owners but my congregation on the super well staff he has and the administrator.
