Located 300 metres from Papal Palace, Les Cachettes - Appartements Centre Historique features free WiFi. All units come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen.

Directions and parking by car not advisable, apartment charming, pure apartment
The journey was an absolute disaster.... whoever drives here, by car, should absolutely know: the house is in the middle of the old town and the satnav sends you astray x times. The roads are barely wider than the car, very winding, crazy. We were totally annoyed at the end and went out for dinner, we parked the car in a semi-suitable place in the parking ban.
The landlord / the landlady were however easily accessible by SMS and gave many tips. The best tip was to then park the car overnight in the parking garage of the Palace of the Popes. There parking costs just under Euro for 24 hours, so it is affordable - but you still have to add that to the rent of the apartment. We wandered through the dark old town with a lot of luggage and our overwhelmed Iphone-Navi around 10.30 pm and finally arrived. The house is complete Airbnb house, so there are only apartments in it.
The apartment on the second floor left was very clean. She appears newly renovated, the bed is very comfortable, the furniture a mix of apparently older stuff and Ikea. The bathroom door can't be closed, the shower curtain is a bit snug, in the kitchen are two stools and a small folding table. We are overall but very satisfied, for two nights the apartment is pleasant if you want to see Avignon. Only the parking thing should be considered urgently beforehand.

Perfect !
Everything is perfect. Good communication and responsiveness. The person was on time to welcome us. Apparently immaculate and very well decorated. Very cozy, Ideally located: 7 minutes walk from the Palais des Papes, restaurants and other shops. Nothing negative to say.

Good location
Myself and my husband stayed here in early June 2023.
As I have difficulty with stairs we booked the ground floor apartment. We were met by Sharon who was very helpful, giving us a map of Avignon on which she had marked interesting areas to visit. She showed us the various facilities in the apartment and hallway and said she was available by phone should we have any questions.
The plus side of these apartments are its only a short 10 min walk to the centre of Avignon and situated in a very quiet street.
However:
There are photos on the website showing what looks like an outside area and indeed one review mentions a terrace but there is no actual information detailing each individual apartment so we presumed the ground floor would be the most likely to have an outside area.
This was not the case, there is no outside area at all.
I cannot speak for the other apartments but the ground floor apartment is small and only suitable for one person, a couple or a couple with a young child. The rooms are made up of an entrance hallway, a small sitting room with a small dining table with 2 chairs a "couch" which is actually a single mattress with cushions against the wall. There is an opening in one wall (no doors) leading into the bedroom (double bed). A small narrow kitchen area and small bathroom
As there was no air conditioning and the weather was quite hot we had to leave the window in the hallway and sitting room open wide which left us bitten by visiting mosquitoes and unfortunately these windows open into the car park of the apartments next door which was noisy and left us very little privacy. In fact one night a man parking his car stuck his head in our window to ask did we work there?
We did find a fan in the utility room on our last night which we used.
So although the location was excellent, the apartment very clean and Sharon very helpful for these reasons we would not stay here again.

Disaster
We booked Nos Cachettes, 2 apartments for 2 nights on 18 August.
I had confirmed this shortly before we were due to arrive and I also confirmed our expected arrival time and the time of our flight.
When we arrived there was no one at the property, Sharon's phone went unanswered and she did not respond to an urgent text message. Other people in the building were unable to help. At 23.00 we had to abandon Nos Cachettes and book into a hotel. This was no fun at all.
Sharon did return my call about 30 minutes later, she apologised and explained that she had made a mistake on the date.
This was not a good experience and I cannot recommend

TOUT EST PARFAIT
C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne à Nos Cachettes, toujours le même accueil chaleureux de Sharon la propriétaire, toujours la même propreté du lieu, tout est réuni pour passer un superbe séjour avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable. A chaque fois je quitte cet endroit dans l'attente d'y revenir, ce qui est loin d'être le cas de beaucoup d'adresses où je suis allé.
