This is a very functional and inexpensive Ibis-hotel, which for obvious reasons are highly rated by customers. We arrived late yet were able to get parking inside the secured parking lot. The town is pretty bland, and the drive from the motorway to Bethune is anything but exciting. But the hotel makes up for this with a cosy and well-equipped bar. Good accommodation

After many kilometers on a motorcycle, we stopped at this property which proved to be suitable for our needs. Clean with a room equipped with all comforts, the guarded outdoor parking was very appreciated. Good value for money.

The hotel itself is beautiful — modern, stylish, and surprisingly quiet even though my room was right next to the lift. The communal areas are bright and inviting. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the space. On arrival the staff seemed moody and struggled with English, and I couldn’t pay for parking or even the soup I ordered (which was terrible). Checkout the next morning was chaotic: the receptionist’s laptop died, she was serving coffee while guests queued, and her attitude was quite rude and confrontational. It took far too long to pay and check out, which really overshadowed an otherwise lovely stay.

Top-notch low cost hotel!

Probably the best value for money I have ever experienced when it comes to hotels. Impressive price value relationship. We had a late night arrival to this hotel and everything went smooth. Front desk staff was courteous and extremely service oriented, I even got an IPA to calm down after en full day of Autobahn-navigation, and was fortunate to get a space in the secure parking lot. Family room was perfect - no-nonsense, but clean and functional. Breakfast was excellent, can highly recommend to opt for this when staying here! What a great low-cost hotel - I completely get why this hotel consistently get top-ratings.

Great hotel, nice and clean. Parking a big
fuss, never any space left in the hotel car park (which I paid full price for every day) on a night, have to park in the car park out the back which is free. But doesn’t open till 9:30am so have to get someone to unlock the gate or you are stuck!
