Run away.

Avoid at all costs!
Very bad experience.
We had booked two rooms, one directly with the hotel and the other via a platform. The rooms booked via the platform and directly by phone were advertised as comfort with air conditioning (therefore more expensive), but upon our arrival we learned that a large part of the hotel was not air-conditioned due to a breakdown (even though only a very small part of the hotel is air-conditioned to begin with) and the rooms assigned therefore did not correspond to the reservation.
We believe that the information communicated to guests did not reflect the reality of the service provided.
The hotel agreed to refund the reservation made directly, thus acknowledging that the service was not compliant. On the other hand, for the reservation via the platform, no solution was offered to us on-site and we were referred back to the platform.
Beyond this problem, we found the hotel old-fashioned and dilapidated, the breakfast very limited and not very good. In our opinion, the services offered do not correspond to the level expected of a 3-star establishment. We are still looking for them.
A breakdown can happen, but the way it is handled is more than disappointing.
We wasted 2 hours of our time between the front desk and the phone with the platform to find a solution: one air-conditioned room that was left with free breakfast and another room without A/C but where they installed a portable air conditioner for us.

Stay away!!!!!!

A hotel that would sincerely deserve to be renovated in every corner, room more than dilapidated, even abandoned, bathroom with rotten seals, basic cleanliness, no AC, a poor fan will be provided to you, watch out for your consumption, they are horribly expensive, small bottle of water €1.50, the small sparkling one will be €3.50, avoid being thirsty in this hotel, no vending machine in service, just a small water fountain, be careful to ask for your receipts for everything you order, despite having paid for the drinks in cash, the establishment charged me money by claiming I had not paid for my consumption by credit card imprint, which is completely forbidden without my authorization, they turn a deaf ear, clearly thieves, if they do it to me they have clearly done it to other customers (I hope that with all that they will at least be able to buy AC for the future, to be avoided, very bad experience, too bad, only the reception was nice)

AVOID – Misleading advertising and absolute bad faith!!

One-night stay on June 5, 2026, specifically booked for the pool, advertised as open from "June to September" on their official site and Booking. Upon our arrival: pool empty, not filled with water, with no prior information.
Customer service is simply deplorable:
On-site: The staff completely absolves themselves and refuses to address the problem.
In writing: The hotel refuses any refund or goodwill gesture on the grounds of a "non-refundable" rate and blames Booking. Even more seriously, management claims via email that their site mentioned an opening "mid-June," which is completely false (screenshots dated the day of arrival explicitly stating "June").
Paying for a service that does not exist and being lectured on "how to book" as a response is unacceptable. An official report has been filed on the SignalConso platform (DGCCRF) for misleading commercial practices.
Move along, the customer is absolutely not respected here.

I come frequently and discover a shabby room. There is a world of difference between the photo and reality.

The night clerk, to whom I ask for a room that resembles the photo on the website, explains to me that I am mistaken and that he is right; he tells me that it is this room that I reserved.

Well located but aging.

Professional and friendly staff, but the hotel is victim of its age and deserves a good renovation.

Very good location
