Wonderful stay
We spent a week as a family at the beginning of August.
Magnificent residence and very nice welcome.
Bread delivery service every morning is super convenient, located at the foot of the gondola in the middle of the resort.
Cozy and comfortable space with furniture on the balcony.
Parking in the residence is super convenient.
Big downside: we were there during the triathlon week so a lot of noise, had to call the police Thursday night for noise disturbance in the resort and the residence staff did not support us at all.
But we had a great week, I highly recommend this establishment.

It’s definitely not 5 stars… it was dirty in corners of the apartment and no soap was provided to wash your hands with. Blanket was dirty too and too many kids from other apartments screaming. One roll of toilet paper was provided for 4 days and you had to pay for more. No housekeeping. It’s not about the cost of the items just the lack of service I didn’t appreciate.
The girl at check in was LOVELY but I wouldn’t stay here again. Maybe good for families.

Ski
Lovely place to stay. Large ski area with many opportunities for hiking. The dog was welcome. Large swimming pool.

Room was clean, staff very friendly. Really close to the slopes and the introduction this year of no booking of sauna and steam room was a bonus.

Awful - avoid!
1. The location is utterly impractical for a ski hotel. Given that the overwhelming majority of guests come to ski, it’s astonishing how poorly positioned this place is. Getting to the slopes involves a long, uphill trek over snow and ice in full gear just to reach a gondola that still only takes you to the base, so you need to join a queue for another lift up the mountain. It’s exhausting, frustrating, and frankly unacceptable.
2. Despite being relatively new, the construction quality is appallingly bad. This isn’t minor wear and tear—it feels like the building is already falling apart. Bathroom doors don’t shut, handles are loose or coming off, and the soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. You can hear everything—from next door to halfway down the corridor—making any kind of rest impossible.
3. Even the most basic amenities are missing. The absence of proper ski boot dryers is inexcusable for any ski hotel. Instead of warm, dry boots in the morning, you’re met with damp, freezing ones—setting you up for an utterly miserable day on the mountain.
4. The so-called “wellness” facilities are a complete joke. The sauna is ridiculously small with a bench for six people, and perpetually overcrowded, the pool is shallow and overrun with noisy children, and there’s no jacuzzi or whirlpool—features that are standard almost everywhere else. To make matters worse, the showers are unisex with no partitions and zero privacy, forcing guests to wash in swimwear, and there isn’t even basic soap or shampoo provided. It feels cheap, poorly thought out, and very uncomfortable.
5. The staff are among the most unprofessional and unpleasant I’ve encountered. Both reception and breakfast staff come across as rude, dismissive, and openly irritated by even the simplest requests. Instead of hospitality, you’re met with indifference or annoyance.
Overall, this hotel manages to fail on nearly every level—location, construction, amenities, and service. It’s hard to imagine returning, let alone recommending it to anyone.
