Everything worked well, feedback to questions via hotels.com chat was instant. We got early check-in and we felt very welcome. Room was a bit smaller than we assumed but very clean everywhere so happy with that also. Breakfast felt quality based. Location of the hotel was very good, 20min walk to eiffel with good lightning and metro station was in front of the hotel. We found hotel’s recommenndations about nearby restaurants very usefull.

Bail still not back

In January a few days stayed at this hotel. The location is super nice, the rooms are small but clean. It is just very annoying that we still have not been refunded the deposit and communication with the hotel is super bad.. therefore we would not go back again.

Everything was good. But, the subway sound is a bit loud than that I expected and the first floor is too close with the outside so always the curtain should be used.
