Pretty poor.

Well the truth, I booked it through booking, because it had no bad reviews and considering how expensive Paris is, it is relatively well located, 15 minutes walking to the lovre, I didn't think it was a bad option, but it is a terrible place, the building is horrible old, the elevator is scared, the room smelled damp and piped, fatal the truth, the only thing that was saved was breakfast and the last day the lady who prepared it, I arrived an hour late, so, without breakfast we had to go, because we waited for the car to the airport, I do not recommend it at all

Disappointing

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The price is excessively high for what they actually offer. The rooms are very small and were also dirty at the time of our arrival, which is unacceptable considering the cost.
The hotel entrance gives a very bad impression from the start, and the elevator is in equally poor condition. Everything conveys a sense of carelessness and lack of maintenance.
Finally, the breakfast is too scarce and unvaried, far below what you would expect for the price paid.

Great location but noisy and dark.

Hotel Tinah Aboukir was in a great location for walking and being amongst the parisians, also close to the louvre and other attractions. However if you are a solo traveler or not familiar with big cities I would stay at a larger hotel. The street is very dark at night. The hallway upstairs doesn’t have light. The staff is not responsive. On our first day the shower was clogged and flooded our bathroom floor. I text the staff twice with no response and had to call the second day to get it fixed. The rooms are small but clean. The only reason I would stay here again would be the location. But if you want to sleep past 7am and have quiet then stay somewhere else.

Couldn’t get into the building. It was a terrible neighborhood. Attempted to contact management, they only spoke French. There is no management on the property. **Do Not Stay Here*+

My friend and I weren’t able to access our room; there isn’t anyone on-site, and doors are operated by code. We got in the front with no problem, but our room door code didn’t work. We called and were told to try a physical key from an unlocked lock box, and we did try, but after many attempts we couldn’t do it. On the phone they just kept saying “turn the key harder.” Finally they said they would send someone to try the door, but by then we weren’t comfortable because we couldn’t trust we would be able to ever enter, and we didn’t feel safe with the idea of struggling with this at night. We were on vacation and there was nowhere to securely leave our bags, so we left. A man arrived 50 minutes later, and they offered no refund since he was able to get the door open. Maybe the room itself was fine, but I would recommend staying somewhere else with staff on site who can be helpful — or with doors that work.
